This powerful drink has been around for centuries and possesses many healing and de-stressing benefits for both the mind and body.
From simple peppermint to a bold chai, there’s something for everyone’s taste buds.
Women, around that special time, I highly recommend a draining or detox tea. Be sure to also drink plenty of water, and you’ll be feeling less bloated in no time!
Also, tea in many cultures is enjoyed after dinner- it is soothing to the tongue as well as intestines and helps aid in digestion which equals a flatter tummy and happy organs!
So raise a cup and toast to long life, peaceful minds, and healthy bodies!
